When was HostEasier acquired?

Stablepoint acquired HostEasier in early 2023. We made the decision to merge in our HostEasier clients to the Stablepoint platform so we could offer the same great services to all of our clients. It means that you'll benefit from our excellent 24/7 customer support and a greater range of products, as well as many other features such as a more modern, easier to use client area.

What happens to my account?

Your account in the HostEasier client area has been moved to our Stablepoint client area at clients.stablepoint.com - you can log in with the same credentials you used to log into HostEasier. This is where you manage your billing and support as well as domain names, and where you can also directly log in to your hosting plans.

If you have a hosting login standalone, this will continue to function. We have not moved any hosting (as yet, see below)

Any price increases? Hidden fees?

No, absolutely not.

What about invoicing and payment?

This will all run through the system above. If your payments worked automatically in future this will continue to work.

Will this affect my emails?

This change will not affect your email service, everything will carry on working as before.

Will my website go down? Do I need to make any changes?

Your website will carry on operating as before and there aren't any changes you need to make as a result of this. If you do have any problems, please contact our 24/7 support team through the links on this page for chat or to open a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist.
